What to gather first
Use the total for your actual dates, guest count and minimum stay. Add supplier quotes, guest accommodation you plan to pay for and travel arrangements. Ask suppliers to state all compulsory charges and whether tax is included. This calculator does not calculate tax, convert currencies or estimate missing costs.

All numbers are supplied by the visitor. No market-price defaults, storage or transmission. Arithmetic uses EUR; results rounded to two decimals. An optional contingency is applied to all entered costs.
